Junior Consultant - Graduate Scheme

The Graduate Strategy, Reporting & Transformation Consultant will join Anthesis' Sustainability Advisory team and support the delivery of strategic sustainability projects for clients across a wide range of sectors. This role is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a career in sustainability consulting. Working alongside experienced consultants and project managers, you will gain hands-on experience supporting sustainability strategies, double materiality assessments, ESG reporting, transformation programmes and data-driven insights. Through structured coaching, mentoring and on-the-job learning, you will develop the technical, analytical and consulting skills needed to become a successful sustainability consultant.
