Overview Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting multiple Medical Support Assistants (MSA) to support the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System (North Las Vegas VAMC) located at 6900 N Pecos Rd, North Las Vegas, NV 89086. Responsibilities Schedule appointments based on consults and provider orders. Provide patient prep instructions. Check patients in and out. Manage radiology records and virtual file room functions. Process CDs and imaging requests. Make and receive high-volume phone calls. Enter notes, referrals, consults, and scheduling updates in patient records. Communicate professionally with Veterans and clinical staff. Overview High school diploma or equivalent One (1) year of post-secondary education is preferred but not required Six (6) months of experience in clerical, office, or other work that indicates the ability and skills needed for the position No sponsorship available All candidates must be able to: Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist Lift up to 20 lbs Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance Push/pull with 30 lbs of force All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
