Rover Merchandiser

About the role We are looking for Rover Merchandiser supports multiple projects and retail locations based on business needs. This role ensures consistent product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards across assigned outlets. Key Responsibilities Cover assigned outlets on a roving / ad-hoc basis to support vacancies, new launches, or short-term projects Ensure proper product display, planogram compliance, and shelf visibility Monitor stock levels, replenish shelves, and report out-of-stock or low-stock situations Execute promotions, POSM setup, and in-store activities as required Liaise with store personnel to maintain good working relationships Capture and submit store reports, photos, and feedback in a timely manner Requirements Minimum SPM / Diploma (relevant experience preferred) Prior experience in merchandising, retail operations, or FMCG is an advantage Willing to travel and support multiple locations/projects Able to work independently with minimal supervision Basic reporting skills and comfortable using mobile apps or simple systems Working Arrangement Flexible deployment based on operational needs May be assigned to specific client projects as required
