Monitor receipt, inspection, and segregation of returned materials. Ensure proper documentation and system updating of returns. Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, quality, and customer service teams. Maintain inventory accuracy for returned stock. Monitor reverse logistics KPIs and productivity targets. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies. Manage shift manpower allocation and performance.*# Additional Responsibilities: #* Conduct shift handovers and operational reviews. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Investigate discrepancies and customer return issues. Prepare daily and monthly operational reports. Participate in audits and compliance checks.
