Responsibility Heads Key Responsibilities/KRAs Finance Maintain account releated issues for all customers Preparation of Account Reco of S&M Associates / Key Accounts account Sales (Customer Satisfaction) Ensure timely entery of CIR's and take action as per the defined timelines in order to avoid delays in CMS system Reply and taking decision of Order Management issues entered by Order Executive ( if required ) Ensure all set of requiste docmunets are collected for New Dealers and Enter the Credit limit in system as approved To coordinate with various departments (inter and intra) to fulfill customer requirements SYSTEM Handling ISO Internal Audit and related documents and prepare MIS MIS Preparation of MIS reports, Target vs. Actual Sales report, realization etc (Daily , weekly monthly and adhoc) for various analysis PDCA approach (Gap analysis ) of set Targets VS Actuals , monthly MIS of sales Preparation & compiled monthly reports and CIR report
