Depending on the client's care plan, responsibilities may include: Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living Bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance Meal preparation Light housekeeping Medication reminders Companionship Mobility assistance Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition Requirements ACTIVE NEW YORK STATE HOME HEALTH AIDE (HHA) CERTIFICATE REQUIRED Applicants should also have: At least one year of Home Health Aide experience Current physical examination Current PPD or QuantiFERON documentation, or applicable chest X-ray documentation MMR documentation Authorization to work in the United States Professional and dependable communication Ability to provide compassionate, reliable care Drivers are encouraged to apply, but having a vehicle is NOT required.
