Requirements

Minimum

1 year experience
as an HHA

Valid NYS HHA Certificate

Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Valid driver’s license (REQUIRED)
Physical exam (within 1 year)
PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year)

or

chest X-ray (within 5 years)

MMR immunizations (within 10 years)
