We are currently seeking a dedicated per diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a pediatric private duty case in Wanaque, NJ . This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN who enjoys building strong relationships with families and providing high-quality care in a supportive home environment. Schedule Saturday Overnight 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (8-hour shift) Pay $40.00 per hour What You'll Do Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the client's home Monitor the client's health, safety, and overall well-being Administer care according to the physician's plan of care Accurately document nursing services provided Collaborate with the family and clinical team to deliver exceptional care Qualifications Active New Jersey LPN license Preferred: At least 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care Current BLS certification Authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license preferred Physical completed within the past 12 months Current PPD or QuantiFERON within the past 12 months (or chest X-ray within the past 5 years) Proof of MMR immunization within the past 10 years Proof of influenza vaccination or approved medical exemption Why Join Affirmed Home Care?
