We are currently seeking a dedicated Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) for an immediate opening in Netcong, NJ . This is a rewarding opportunity to provide skilled, one-on-one care for a 4-year-old girl while working alongside a supportive and experienced pediatric clinical team. Patient Information Age: 4-year-old girl Diagnosis: Cerebral Palsy, Seizure Disorder, Tracheostomy/Ventilator (T/V), GJ Tube, Nebulizer, Chest Vest, Cough Assist, and Suction Schedule Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Tuesday & Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM Pay $45.00 per hour Responsibilities Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the client's home Monitor the client's health, safety, and overall well-being Administer medications and treatments according to the physician's plan of care Manage and monitor the patient's tracheostomy/ventilator, GJ tube, nebulizer treatments, chest vest therapy, cough assist, and suctioning as needed Accurately document all nursing services provided Collaborate with the family and clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care Qualifications Active New Jersey RN license Preferred: At least 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care Current BLS certification Authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license preferred Physical completed within the past 12 months Current PPD or QuantiFERON within the past 12 months (or chest X-ray completed within the past 5 years) Proof of MMR immunization within the past 10 years Proof of influenza vaccination or an approved medical exemption Why Join Affirmed Home Care?
