About The Role
Position Overview Our client is a leading circular economy developer and operator, building and operating waste-to-value infrastructure across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. As the company scales its operations, you will take ownership of the finance function at a pivotal stage of growth. You will manage financial operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions, bringing structure and discipline to a business moving fast. Your background in project finance and infrastructure will matter here. This is capital-intensive work, with real assets and real timelines. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will oversee financial planning, treasury, reporting, and governance, while also playing a direct role in raising the capital that fuels the company's next stage of growth. Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Leadership Own the financial strategy for the company's waste-to-value operations across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team on all financial decisions. Build and lead a finance function that can scale with the company's growth. Multi-Entity & Multi-Jurisdiction Management Oversee financial management across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions. Standardize financial processes, controls, and reporting across the group. Coordinate with local finance and legal teams to stay compliant in every market the company operates in. Financial Planning & Reporting Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for the business. Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting to leadership, the board, and investors. Track project-level and entity-level performance against financial targets. Treasury & Governance Manage treasury functions, including cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital. Establish and enforce financial governance frameworks across the organization. Ensure the business meets its regulatory and audit obligations in every jurisdiction. Fundraising Lead or support capital raising efforts, including debt and equity financing. Build and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and financial partners. Prepare financial models and materials to support fundraising and investment decisions. Qualifications Experience Strong finance experience in the GCC, with direct exposure to the Saudi market. Background in project finance and/or infrastructure. Track record managing multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction organizations. Experience operating in a high-growth or infrastructure-scale environment. Technical Knowledge Financial planning and analysis. Treasury management and cash flow oversight. Financial reporting and corporate governance frameworks. Fundraising, including debt and equity capital markets. Leadership & Communication Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team. Strong stakeholder management across investors, banks, and senior leadership. Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment. Work Environment Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, or willing to relocate. Office-based role within a scaling operating company. Direct exposure to the CEO and senior leadership team.
