About The Role
Complete Smiles - Mountain View, is seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established family dental practice in West Jordan, Utah. Established, busy family practice with a loyal patient base Supportive team culture focused on collaboration and patient care Four-day work week (Monday–Thursday) Modern practice utilizing Open Dental software Continuing education support Dental benefits and paid time off Competitive compensation: $49–$50 per hour, depending on experience Schedule 3 days per week | Flexible scheduling We’re flexible and willing to work with the right candidate to create a schedule that works for both you and the practice. Typical office hours are Monday–Wednesday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and Tuesday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. What You'll Do As our Registered Dental Hygienist, you'll play a key role in helping patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health by providing high-quality preventive and periodontal care. Responsibilities include: Perform comprehensive dental hygiene appointments, including prophylaxis and periodontal therapy Conduct oral health assessments and screen for periodontal disease and other oral conditions Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care Administer local anesthesia as permitted by state regulations Accurately document clinical findings and treatment in Open Dental Collaborate with doctors and team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience Qualifications Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in the State of Utah Local anesthesia certification required Excellent communication and patient education skills Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude Recent graduates are encouraged to apply Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Compassionate and patient-centered Positive and dependable Hardworking with a strong work ethic Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment Adaptable and eager to continue learning and growing professionally About Complete Smiles Complete Smiles is a growing, family-focused dental practice dedicated to delivering personalized, high-quality care in a welcoming environment.
