Key Responsibilities

• Develop and document
• job workflows and implement them into production processes
• Create and manage
• production schedules to ensure timely project completion
• Oversee the full
• project lifecycle from intake through delivery
• , ensuring quality and deadline compliance
• Maintain a strong eye for
• color accuracy, design quality, and production standards

Coordinate

• packaging, shipping preparation, and logistics tracking for all deliverables
• Manage project updates and communication using
• Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)
• Collaborate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow execution
• Identify and resolve
• production or scheduling challenges through effective problem-solving
• Support continuous improvement of
• workflow efficiency and production processes

Qualifications

Proficiency with

• Adobe Creative Suite (especially design applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign)
• Strong organizational and
• time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent

Strong

• Prior experience in

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent
