CDL Class A Driver – Earn Up to $2,100/Wk (Active Hand-Unload Freight)

Position Overview

We are seeking

dedicated CDL-A drivers for a high-paying retail account starting out of Warrensburg, MO. Servicing regional Midwest routes, this role is built for drivers who enjoy hand-unloading cargo, getting home every week, and maximizing their weekly paychecks.

Earnings & Job Perks

Average Weekly Pay

$1,605/week ($82,900 yearly target).

Top Earner Potential

Up to $2,105/week ($109,100 top annual scale).

Pay Structure

$0.70–$0.76 CPM + $320 per load + 3% performance bonus.

Retention Bonus

Eligible for up to $2,000 bonus payouts during qualifying periods.

Home Time

Weekly 34-hour reset (typically over weekends) + take-your-truck-home privileges.

Unload Type

Physical hand-unloading using rollers (no pallets or lumpers).

Candidate Standards

• Valid Class A CDL with 3+ months of recent commercial driving experience.
• Verified secure parking spot ready for equipment resets near your home base.
• Clean MVR/safety history and ability to pass DOT pre-hire urine drug screens.
