Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Doctor Operations (eConsultation) to support the day-to-day operations of our doctor network. The role involves managing doctor onboarding, ensuring smooth consultation operations, monitoring service quality, maintaining operational data, and coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional consultation experience. Key Responsibilities ●​ Manage end-to-end doctor onboarding, documentation, verification, and profile activation. ●​ Coordinate doctor mapping across specialties and consultation schedules. ●​ Monitor operational SLAs and ensure adherence to defined processes. ●​ Handle operational escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner. ●​ Share regular feedback with doctors to improve consultation quality and ensure SOP compliance. ●​ Support doctors with operational queries and provide timely resolutions. ●​ Maintain accurate operational records and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.●​ Coordinate with Product, Tech, Customer Support, and other cross-functional teams for seamless operations. ●​ Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. ●​ Work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on business requirements. Eligibility ●​ Bachelor's degree in any discipline. ●​ 1–3 years of experience in healthcare operations, doctor onboarding, teleconsultation operations, or a similar operational role. ●​ Experience in a healthcare startup or digital health platform will be an added advantage. Skills Required ●​ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. ●​ Strong email writing and stakeholder management abilities. ●​ Good understanding of SLA management and process compliance. ●​ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ●​ Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. ●​ Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. ●​ High attention to detail with strong organizational skills. ●​ Customer-centric approach with the ability to handle operational challenges efficiently.
