About The Role

Performs comprehensive technical and manufacturing feasibility evaluations of new products.
Creates and modifies product models, manufacturing drawings, and bills of materials (BOMs) during new product introduction and updates them as required using CAD software.
Prepares for and supports the introduction of new product developments, new manufacturing technologies, prototype production, and the execution and evaluation of tests.
Optimizes product design with regard to manufacturing and technological capabilities and obtains customer approval where required.
Implements changes based on customer, engineering, or production requirements with the objective of improving manufacturing efficiency.
Trains new team members.
Contributes to the achievement of KVP, 5S, Lean, DTC, and the company's strategic objectives.
Maintains documentation supporting approved deviations from customer drawings.
Acts as the main contact person for the assembly team in resolving technical issues.
Uploads and maintains created data in PD Cloud.
