As the PR Manager, you'll be the storyteller-in-chief behind Tonik’s public voice—owning our presence across top-tier media and making sure every launch, milestone, and message lands with impact. You’ll design and execute data-smart PR strategies, calendars, and campaigns that amplify Tonik’s brand and boost PR value.

Responsibilities

  • Manages Tonik’s presence in relevant media outlets
  • Develops media strategies based on current industry trends and benchmarks that lead to increased PR values and media mileage for Tonik’s news and product launches
  • Creates and manages Tonik’s PR calendar
  • Manages the implementation of PR activities
  • Develop and implement PR policies and procedures
  • Manages media relations; represents the organization at press conferences, interviews, etc.
  • Develops and implements organizational publicity strategies for company events
  • Creates and manages a PR plan, including budget, timelines, etc.
  • Works with the social media team to create a content calendar

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related degree
  • With at least 5 years of experience in Public Relations
  • Proven track record of successful PR campaigns
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Superior customer relationship management skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • In-depth knowledge of industry best practices
