As the Product Content Manager, you’ll be managing the website content, maintain repositories for app interfaces and communication spiels, and ensure everything aligns with our brand voice. Together with the Product Managers, you’ll create materials for new products and app enhancements. Finally, you’re tasked to conduct A/B testing, and leverage research and customer feedback to optimize user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Product Managers in creating cascade materials, FAQs, and resources for each Products, Features, and Enhancements of the app
  • Manage the website’s content and align correctness and completeness with Product Managers
  • Manage the repository of app interface, push notif, SMS, in-app inbox, Viber, and email spiels, including the logic and triggers for each
  • Writes content for user interfaces in correct grammar, cadence, and brand voice
  • Reviews business requirements to create copy that fits
  • Conducts research and stays up to date on user preferences and trends
  • Conducts A/B testing on copy
  • Creates solutions based on user feedback, usability testing and metrics

Qualification

  • 3+ years of experience for human-centered product companies.
  • Experience working in Marketing and/or a startup or fintech company.
  • Outstanding UX ability, visual design, and product thinking for mobile apps and website
  • Comfort with an iterative design process that includes accepting and acting on feedback
  • Strong collaboration with other Design Team members, Product Managers, and Engineering in Agile cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity and experience in using design tools (Figma, Framer), ticketing tools (Jira), and MS Office
