As the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll turn customer insights, performance data, and competitor intel into sharp, compliant, high-impact content to amplify paid media and product stories. As a hands-on leader, you’ll guide a high-energy digital team while continuously upgrading processes, policies, and platforms to keep Tonik fast, relevant, and ahead of the curve
Responsibilities
Reports to the Head of Marketing.
Creates and owns the strategy and implementation plan for marketing campaigns on the following digital channels: social media (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn) and company website
Effectively manages the communication and content plan for social media.
Closely monitors and reports the performance of digital marketing campaigns, with KPI’s directly linked to business performance.
Carefully manages regulatory digital risk KPIs with compliance.
Regularly gets customer insights from digital channels based on customer social media voice in our channels.
Gathers information and shares digital campaigns of competitors to the team
Works closely with the growth marketing team in managing comms for paid media campaigns.
Ensures that the website is always up to date in terms of content – product descriptions, new campaigns, SEO blogs etc.
Leads and directs the digital marketing team (content manager, social media managers and multimedia officer)
Constantly reviews existing business processes and develops guidelines and policies, as needed for the team’s common reference
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management or other similar degree
- At least 7 years of handling digital marketing roles with at least 3 years of experience managing a team
- Very clear understanding of digital marketing principles- social media, website, SEO.
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Data driven and strategic thinker.
- Executes plans flawlessly, great project management skills.
- Exceptional leadership, organizing, presentation and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices
