Coordinator- Graphic Design

WSP has a new opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our Earth & Environment Strategic Pursuits & Proposals Team on a full-time basis based in GCC India .

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with the proposal and marketing teams to develop high-quality, visually appealing graphics that enhance our proposals, brochures, presentations, and reusable collateral. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in graphic design, video graphics, motion graphics, and 3D animation , with the ability to create engaging visual content that effectively communicates complex ideas and supports business development and marketing initiatives.

• Design, develop, and customize graphics for use in proposals, presentations, brochures, and other graphics materials.
• Collaborate closely with the proposal team to create visuals that clearly communicate technical information and align with brand guidelines.
• Create engaging motion graphics, animated videos, explainer videos, and multimedia content to support strategic pursuits and marketing campaigns.
• Develop 3D animations, visualisations, and rendered content to effectively communicate engineering, environmental, and infrastructure concepts.
• Build and maintain a library of reusable graphics, icons, templates, and design elements to inspire and streamline future pursuits.
• Work within tight deadlines to meet proposal submission timelines.
• Stay updated on industry design trends, software, and tools to continuously improve the quality of materials produced.
• Provide guidance and design support to team members who create in-house materials.
• Should have strong knowledge of Business Development
• Preferably having knowledge on Bids and Proposals Submission.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate, marketing, or proposal development environment.
• Experience creating and customizing visual assets for proposals, marketing collateral, and presentations.
• Proven experience in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Video Production, and 3D Animation .
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, video content creation, motion graphics, and 3D visualisation.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in building and maintaining graphic asset libraries is a plus.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the engineering, construction, or architecture industry.
• Knowledge of creating graphics for technical documents and proposals.
• Familiarity with proposal software and presentation platforms (PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
