As the In-store Marketing Officer, you’ll support the Marketing Team manage end-to-end production and delivery of In-Store Marketing collaterals to branches of Shop Installment Loan merchant partners.

Responsibilities

Reports to the In-store Marketing Manager

Maintains the production, warehousing, and logistics functions of the vertical.

Supports the In-store Marketing Manager to ensure smooth operations of the Marketing Team’s In-store Marketing vertical.

Undertakes daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of In-store Marketing’s activities

Updates spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information in relation to managing in-store assets and costs of production, warehousing, and logistics

Takes part in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate for merchant partner branches

Prepares and delivers promotional presentations

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising Management, Communications and other similar degree/ program
  • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
  • Effective communication and people skills
