Supervisor, Transportation and Logistics

The Transportation & Logistics Supervisor leads daily dispatch, fleet, and logistics operations to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time delivery performance. This role manages driver scheduling, route coordination, fleet utilization, and transportation compliance while supporting cost-effective operations.

Works cross-functionally with Shipping, Receiving, Operations, Sales, and Production to coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, prioritize customer needs, and maintain workflow continuity. Responsible for driving safety, performance metrics, operational discipline, and continuous improvement across transportation activities.
