The Production Cook prepares large quantities of food following a recipe. Proper knife skills and the ability to make timely judgments/decisions must be demonstrated. The Production Cook must have the ability to read a new recipe and follow the instructions and have the willingness to taste the food and suggest adjustments as needed. Proper presentation of the finished product is a priority. Department Specific Job Details:

Shift: 5:30AM - 2:00PM, rotating weekends and holidays. Weekend hours vary.
