Flow Engineering is an AI-native requirements platform for modern engineering organizations, enabling hardware teams to collaborate with AI agents to design, validate, and evolve complex systems with speed and rigor.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You'll run engineering and/or GTM requisitions from day one. That means

Developing and executing targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, events, and more
Screening inbound applicants and conducting initial screens to assess fit and interest
Coordinating and scheduling your own candidates while keeping your ATS data clean
Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate profiles, and align on priorities and timelines
Closing candidates in a competitive market

ABOUT YOU

4 - 8 years of recruiting experience. Your strengths

Storytelling
Good judgment on candidate quality
Organized and self-sufficient
Comfort in ambiguity

NICE TO HAVE

Familiarity with Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever (we use Asbhy)
Genuine interest in physical AI, robotics, rocketships or any kind of hardware development
