About The Job
An opportunity has arisen for a Day Concierge to join our Concierge Team at The Lowndes.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role are
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, requirements, and complaints.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and services to assist guests effectively.
- Promote and book in-house restaurants, spa treatments, and hotel facilities.
- Arrange transportation, restaurant bookings, and other guest services.
- Reconfirm flight details and leave messages for guests as needed.
- Review and stay updated on daily arrival, VIP, and departure lists.
About You
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven customer service orientation.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts and handle moderate physical activity.
- Excellent grooming and professional presentation.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or concierge role is preferred.
