Clark, Pampanga, Morning Shift

NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position

Responsibilities & Duties

  • ●Review and processing of bulk Invoices in the financial system
  • ●Creating Purchase orders
  • ●Answering supplier queries
  • ●Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • ● 3-way Matching

Requirements

  1. Technical Skills
  • ●Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • ●Knowledge of financial reconciliation processes, including bank and accounts payable/receivable.
  • ●Experience in raising invoices, matching purchase orders, and processing requisitions.
  1. Attention to Detail: Strong ability to perform detailed financial reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  2. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle inquiries related to accounts receivable/payable and provide effective solutions.
  3. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with customers and suppliers effectively.
  4. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
  6. Adaptability: Willingness to work with new systems and adapt to evolving accounting procedures.
  7. Team Player: Strong collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
