Key Responsibilities for Bottle Washer-

• Operate the bottle washer machine as per SOP, work instructions, and production plan.
• Ensure proper washing, rinsing, and sanitization of bottles before filling.
• Monitor critical parameters such as:

• o Caustic concentration
• o Washing temperature
• o Water pressure
• o Conveyor speed
• o Bottle soaking time
• o Rinsing efficiency

• Check and maintain the required caustic solution concentration and temperature.
• Conduct regular inspection of washed bottles for:

• o Dirt and foreign particles
• o Residual chemicals
• o Labels/glue
• o Broken or chipped bottles
• o Improper washing

• Coordinate with the Quality/QA team for bottle cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Remove defective, broken, or improperly washed bottles from the line.
• Monitor machine performance and immediately report abnormalities, breakdowns, leakage, or unusual noise.
• Maintain proper levels of chemicals, water, and other consumables required for the machine.
