About The Role

Checking tax-free forms for completeness in accordance with tax law and Global Blue guidelines.
Refunding the payment amount in accordance with Global Blue guidelines, including checking travellers' eligibility for tax refunds.
Using necessary internal user software for communication and refunding the payment amount, such as Refund Manual, Refund Software REX, Security Manual, Instruction Manual (technical user manual REX) and MS Office.
Processing of cash and cashless transactions for customers in accordance with Global Blue guidelines
Fraud prevention and security measures in cooperation with the responsible Refund Manager / Airport Manager. Compliance with anti-fraud guidelines.
Preparation of the corresponding daily closings and daily statements
Cash register entries and management / proactive monitoring of cash balances at your own counters
Supporting the supervisor/airport manager in the ‘recovery or prevention of payment errors’ known as the ‘Recovery Project’
Professional interaction with customers
