Description
- Manages, plans, and directs the Supply Cart System daily operations including staffing, supplies, equipment, and space. Develops and maintain inventory level for daily operations.
- Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures for the receipt, storage, and control of supplies and equipment in Supply Cart.
- Manages, analyzes, and plans for operational budgets and the charging system for supplies.
- Monitors inventory items to identify usage trends or patterns and adjusts inventory levels to address seasonal usage.
- Collaborates with stakeholders on new items, contracted items, and the standardization of supplies and equipment.
- Manages and monitors the department’s compliance with CMS, Joint Commissions, other regulatory bodies, organization’s policies and procedures.
- Talent Management from hiring, training, performance management, and manage employee’s cycle at Arkansas Children to align with organization goals and performance metrics
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
