Job Description

  1. Workday Integration Management
  • Develop, configure, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB and Workday Studio
  • Ensure data accuracy, system efficiency, and seamless integration across platforms
  • Support end-to-end integration lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, and sustain
  1. Technical Support & Issue Resolution
  • Provide Level 2/3 support for Workday integrations and HCM modules
  • Troubleshoot integration errors, data issues, and system defects
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes
  1. Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration
  • Work closely with HR, IT, business users, and external vendors (e.g., AMS, payroll providers)
  • Support requirement gathering, solution design, and testing activities
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions
  1. System Enhancements & Continuous Improvement
  • Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual processes
  • Recommend improvements to integration design and technical processes
  • Support Workday releases, upgrades, and regression testing
  1. Documentation & Governance
  • Maintain technical documentation (integration specs, SOPs, troubleshooting guides)
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and audit requirements (e.g., PDPA)
  • Support audit and governance requirements for HRIS systems

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 3 years of Workday HCM experience
  • At least 2 years in a technical / integration support role
  • Hands-on experience in Workday EIB, Workday Studio, and integration frameworks
  • Experience Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent)
  • Hands-on experience in reporting, calculated fields, and data structures
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capability
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented thinking
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
