Truck Driver - Nightshift

Mō te tūranga | About the role

We’re looking for a Class 4 or 5 Truck Driver to join our nightshift General Cartage Transport team in Mt Wellington, Auckland.

Working 6pm to 6am, you’ll move aggregate products from our Auckland quarries to manufacturing plants, maintenance yards, and major construction projects across the region. It’s steady, important work that helps keep our crews supplied, our projects moving, and Auckland’s infrastructure running as it should.

Ngā tino kawenga mahi | Key role responsibilities

• Safely transport aggregate products between quarries, plants, yards, and project sites across Auckland.
• Follow job briefs, delivery instructions, and site requirements to keep work running on time.
• Complete daily vehicle checks, maintain accurate logbooks, and keep your truck in good order.
• Work in line with transport, safety, and compliance requirements at all times.
• Pitch in with manual tasks when needed and support the team to get the job done.

• A current New Zealand Class 4 licence at minimum, with Class 5 preferred.
• Proven truck driving experience in civil construction, transport, or a similar environment.
• Experience with roading, tipping, and asphalt or paving deliveries.
• A reliable, safety-focused approach and confidence working nightshift.
• Sound knowledge of New Zealand transport regulations and compliance requirements.
