As European Funds Product Strategy & Development Professional within our European Funds Product Development team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic and product initiatives, including changes to fund portfolio managers and capacity status.
  • Support governance committees through agenda coordination, meeting materials preparation, minutes/action capture (where applicable), action tracking, and stakeholder follow-ups.
  • Monitor and report on product development activity and the product activity pipeline.
  • Track the existing product range, including performance metrics and key milestones, and report findings.
  • Review relevant reports and execute required actions in line with policies and procedures.
  • Manage and track seed capital investments, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Analyze complex data files using qualitative and quantitative tools to synthesize and interpret information.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders, and present findings in internal forums.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across a global, team-based environment to align on product goals and execute initiatives.
  • Deliver projects independently by prioritizing tasks, meeting tight deadlines, and maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to improve consistency, control quality, and timeliness across deliverables, using approved AI tools and effective prompting while maintaining accountability.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a similar discipline.
  • Bring a minimum 4 years of experience in asset management in product development, product governance, fund platform, or product operations-related roles.
  • Demonstrate Microsoft Office expertise (Excel: large datasets, pivots, formulas; PowerPoint: formatted slides and data visualization; SharePoint).
  • Apply project management skills (planning/prioritization, stakeholder coordination, governance cadence support, action tracking, timelines, and status reporting).
  • Produce data analysis and presentations that inform decision-making.
  • Use strong prompting and validation practices to draft and refine stakeholder-ready content with approved AI tools.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving capability with critical and strategic thinking.
  • Maintain strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability for high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate across a pan-regional team.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement effective process improvements.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and operate effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Pursue a CFA designation (or show progress toward CFA).
  • Demonstrate knowledge of investment products including Mutual Funds (SICAVs & OEICs), ETFs, Alternative Investments, and Investment Trusts.
