Role: Team leader - Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and analytical person to join our team as a Team leader - Data Analysis and Insights Specialist . In this role, you will work with large datasets, find useful insights, and share recommendations that help improve processes and support better decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights to solve business problems and improve performance.
• Automate reports and create simple, effective dashboards.
• Prepare management dashboards and PowerPoint presentations.

1. Team Handling

• Lead and manage the MIS team.
• Upskill team members regularly to improve their capabilities.

1. Stakeholder Communication

• Share findings, reports, and suggestions with stakeholders in a clear and easy‑to‑understand manner.
• Help stakeholders understand insights and support decision-making.

Job Requirements

• MBA in finance or CA
• Strong ability to understand and work with large datasets.
• Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas) and Power BI
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
