IT Business Analysis

• Interface with internal IT teams and business team to understand opportunities

for improvement and business growth

• Analyze and constantly improve systems, processes and nature of service
• Perform Scope Analysis and Business Impact analysis for any new

requirements

• Prepare Business and User process mapping and flow charts

Application Support

• Assist to troubleshoot user created reports in the enterprise reporting tool
• Provide user coaching and training

Technical Development

• Create or update SQL, data flows using ETL tools, reports
• Troubleshoot data quality issues and propose solutions
• Design data tables and work with other IT teams to deliver solutions
