Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care for residents
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Document resident care accurately and maintain confidentiality
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including Florida licensing requirements
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Skills and Qualifications

• Valid Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Proven experience in senior care or a related healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety protocols
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency
