Tiffee Companies is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HRIS Implementation Specialist to support the implementation of our new HR information system, Intuit Enterprise Suite. This temporary, part-time role will play a key part in configuring the system, migrating and validating employee data, developing HR workflows, and preparing the organization for a successful go-live.

This is a great opportunity for an HRIS professional who enjoys working on implementation projects, improving processes, and helping organizations get the most out of their HR technology. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing multiple project priorities, and collaborating with HR leadership throughout the implementation process. Candidates must reside and perform all work duties in Oregon.

  • Competitive Hourly Pay: Earn $38.00-$48.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Flexible Part-Time and Remote Schedule: Work approximately 15-25 hours per week, with hours varying based on the implementation phase and project needs.

  • Temporary Assignment: This position is expected to last 4-5 months, with the end date tied to completion of the HRIS implementation project.

Responsibilities

  • HRIS Configuration: Configure Intuit Enterprise Suite's HR and workforce modules, including employee data, workflows, approval processes, and system settings.
  • Workflow Development: Build and refine automated workflows for key HR processes, including onboarding, leave requests, performance management, and employee data changes.
  • Implementation Support: Help manage implementation timelines, milestones, testing, and key deliverables through go-live.
  • Data Migration: Support the cleanup, migration, mapping, and validation of employee data from existing systems.
  • Testing & Troubleshooting: Test system functionality, identify issues, and troubleshoot configuration or workflow concerns throughout implementation.
  • Training & Documentation: Create training materials, process guides, and job aids to support HR team members and employees.
  • System Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, workflows, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Project Collaboration: Work closely with HR leadership and project stakeholders to identify needs, resolve issues, and ensure the system supports organizational processes.
  • Additional Duties: Assist with other implementation-related projects and tasks as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

  • Location: Must reside and perform all work from Oregon.
  • HRIS Experience: Experience implementing or configuring an HRIS, including workflows, system setup, and testing.
  • HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of core HR processes, including onboarding, employee data management, and leave administration.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable working with HR technology, data, and system troubleshooting; experience with Intuit Enterprise Suite, QuickBooks Online Advanced, or a similar platform is a plus.
  • Project Skills: Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain systems and processes to others.
  • Independent Work: Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment.

Physcial Requirements

  • Work Environment: Fully remote position requiring a dedicated workspace, that is quiet and suitable for confidential HR.
  • Computer-Based Work: Primarily sedentary work involving extended periods of computer use, data entry, and system navigation.
  • Communication: Regular use of phone, email, and video conferencing to collaborate with team members and project stakeholders.
  • Schedule: Ability to work approximately 15-25 hours per week with flexibility based on project needs.
