Ready Mix Driver - Class B CDL

About The Role
Schedule
- Winter Season: Monday-Friday, 20-40 hours/week
- Construction Season: Monday-Saturday, Potential 5-10+ hours overtime
Duties
- Safely operate a ready mix truck
- Deliver ready mix concrete to customers in Williston and surrounding areas
- Provide an excellent customer service experience
- Communicate with plant manager regarding delivery status, product quality, customer relations, and equipment performance
- Aid in precast production as needed
- Maintain equipment daily; document, communicate with, and follow up on repairs requiring technicians
- Complete legal documentation associated with CDL positions (IFTA, Inspections, etc.)
- All other duties assigned
Experience/Skills
- 2 years of experience preferred
- Knowledge of ready mix properties
- Knowledge of the city of Williston and surrounding areas, ability to follow directions
- Customer service oriented
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Basic documentation skills

Requirements
- 21+ years of age
- Must have a valid class A or B drivers license with a 3 year clean driving record for insurance purposes
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Pre-employment drug test and background check required

Compensation
Pay DOE, $34.50/hr (entry level, minimal exp.)
