What You Bring

• Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, International Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience Matters: Practical insights gained through internships, apprenticeships, or roles in logistics, ideally in air and ocean freight.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in German and English is essential, and additional language skills are a plus.
• Global Mindset: Openness to exploring different cultures and working across national and international locations.

What are some key figures for the role

• You will begin your 18 mo nth traineeship career with a 40-hour workweek.
• Work in one of our German offices with flexible hybrid arrangements, including two days of mobile office per week (aligned with each station).
