Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams including engineering, product, QA, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues with mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, progress, and escalations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage changes to project scope and schedule, ensuring impacts are documented and approved.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, compliance, and quality standards.
• Facilitate meetings, reviews, and reporting to ensure alignment and accountability.

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of project management experience, ideally in IT, software development, infrastructure, etc.
• Strong understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello, MS Project, Smartsheet ).
• Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are an advantage.
