Lead Clinical Outpatient Therapist

The Clinical Lead Therapist is a hybrid clinical and leadership role that combines an active therapy caseload with responsibility for the performance, development, and day-to-day operations of the clinical team. This role serves as the primary point of contact between therapists and practice leadership, providing individualized coaching, identifying and solving systemic barriers, and ensuring every clinician is set up to deliver high-quality care at full productivity.
