ISA - Appointment Setter (Work From Home, Paid Per Appointment)

Overview A growing residential real estate team in the Houston, TX area is looking for an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) for an appointment-setting-only role. This is a 100% work-from-home position with flexible hours, and you are paid per qualified appointment you set — no cold, unrelated tasks, just appointment setting.

This is a great fit for someone who is a strong communicator, comfortable on the phone, and motivated by performance-based pay.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads (buyers and sellers) provided by the team
• Warmly engage prospects, build rapport, and qualify their interest
• Schedule appointments between qualified leads and the team's real estate agents
• Log call outcomes and appointment details in the CRM
• Follow up with leads as needed to confirm and secure set appointments

Requirements

• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills in English
• Prior experience in inside sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or a call center role (real estate experience a plus, not required)
• Comfortable working independently from home with a reliable phone/internet connection
• Self-motivated and consistent with follow-up

Compensation

This role is paid per appointment set (not hourly/salaried). You are only compensated for qualified appointments that are scheduled — this is appointment-setting work only, no additional duties.
