Requirements

• ● Experience or exposure to invoice processing in EU
• ● Experience with Google Sheets, Google Docs or comparable alternatives from Microsoft
• ● Organizational & analytical skills
• ● Attention to detail
• ● Polish language; English level - B2 or higher
• ● Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Accounting or other relevant degree.
• ● Preferable: knowledge of Optima software, SAP

Key responsibilities

• ● Issuing various types of invoices, including domestic, international, proforma and
• advance invoices
• ● Issuing corrective invoices for sales, based on complaints, return documents, discounts
• or else
• ● Posting and recording of accounts payable
• ● Monitoring and control of accounts receivable, debt collection and documentation
• circulation
• ● Client communication
• ● Other tasks assigned by the Manager
