About the Role

We are seeking Licensed Therapists to provide remote counseling services to adults in Minnesota. This full-time role offers the chance to build strong therapeutic relationships while working in a flexible, supportive environment.

Schedule & Pay

Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
$115,000 – $120,000 annually

Core Responsibilities

Deliver therapy sessions through telehealth platforms
Design and manage individualized treatment goals
Track client progress and adjust care as needed
Collaborate virtually with colleagues for client support
Document all sessions accurately and on time

Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
Active Minnesota license (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC)
At least 2 years of clinical experience
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Strong communication and technology skills
