About The Role

What you'll be doing...

  • Supporting the delivery of ASOS' Human Rights and Fashion with Integrity strategy across assigned sourcing regions.
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams to help identify and address human rights risks.
  • Monitoring supplier performance, organising and following up on audits, remediation plans and corrective actions.
  • Maintain the internal human rights system (TrusTrace) by entering data, updating records and generating reports.

Supporting human rights due diligence activities, including risk assessments, investigations and remediation programmes.

  • Tracking and analysing programme data, preparing reports and sharing insights with the wider business.
  • Supporting the development of supplier guidance, toolkits, policies and training materials.
  • Delivering training and awareness sessions for suppliers and internal stakeholders where required.
  • Keeping up to date with emerging human rights issues, legislation and industry trends and sharing key updates with the team.
  • Supporting engagement with external partners, industry initiatives, NGOs and other stakeholders.
  • Contributing to annual reporting, presentations and other internal and external communications.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for day-to-day human rights programme queries.
  • Supporting the coordination of the Human Rights Administrator, helping prioritise work and improve team processes.
  • Contributing ideas and feedback to help continuously improve the effectiveness of ASOS' human rights programmes.

Who we'd like to meet...

  • At least 3 years' experience in human rights, ethical trade, responsible sourcing, sustainability, ESG, retail, consultancy or NGO programmes.
  • A good understanding of labour rights, human rights due diligence and ethical trade standards (e.g. ETI Base Code, ILO Conventions and UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights).
  • Experience working with suppliers, factories, auditors, NGOs or other external stakeholders is desirable.
  • Experience supporting the delivery of projects or programmes and managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends and support reporting.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and working with reporting systems and databases.
  • A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
  • An interest in emerging human rights issues, legislation and responsible business practices.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally where required.
