About The Role

Role Purpose

The Learning Projects Supervisor leads multidisciplinary learning development squads, ensuring high quality training solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities. This role acts as a key liaison between stakeholders, subject matter experts, and learning teams, driving operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement across project delivery.

Key Accountabilities

Project & Squad Leadership

  • Lead and coordinate learning development squads, including instructional designers, subject matter experts, e-learning developers, and other project resources.
  • Ensure effective planning, execution, and delivery of learning projects.
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and high performance across teams.

Planning & Delivery Management

  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and training development roadmaps.
  • Prioritize project backlogs based on business impact, urgency, and resource availability.
  • Monitor progress and ensure on-time delivery of agreed outputs.

Stakeholder Management & Governance

  • Facilitate planning, status, and alignment meetings with stakeholders and project teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between business areas and learning development teams.
  • Provide regular executive updates on project status, risks, and outcomes.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Track productivity, quality, and project performance metrics.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and learning development processes.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Capability

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing learning, training, or organizational development projects.
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams or agile squads.
  • Experience managing project schedules, performance metrics, and delivery governance.

Technical Strength

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Agile practices).
  • Strong project planning and project management capabilities.
  • Understanding of corporate learning and training development processes.
  • Experience with stakeholder management and KPI tracking.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Trello, Asana, Planner, or MS Project.
  • English - desirable
