Strategic Lab Operations Engineer

• Monitor and assess current operations workflows
• Identify areas for process improvement
• Develop and implement optimization strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations

• Investigate, root cause and drive preventive action on operational issues
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Experience in process optimization or lean manufacturing
• Proficiency with operations management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma)
• Experience in a related industry (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, software)
• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and methods
• Experience with automation technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations engineering or a similar role
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of systems engineering
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards
