Are you customer-focused, dependable, and eager to learn? Ricoh is seeking a Field Representative I to support production print and mail operations at a long-term client site. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, working with technology, and providing excellent customer service.

What You'll Do

• Operate production print, copying, and mail processing equipment
• Sort, scan, distribute, and deliver mail throughout the client site
• Drive a company vehicle to support mail and delivery operations
• Complete print finishing, binding, and quality control tasks
• Handle shipping and receiving activities
• Respond to customer requests and provide exceptional service
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and organized work areas
• Support special projects and additional site services as needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Customer service experience and strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn new equipment and processes
• Team-oriented, professional, and dependable
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the workday
