Job Description

  • Provides advice and guidance to customers from various backgrounds for tools, products, platforms, etc. via call, e-mail, chat and social media (inbound / outbound)
  • Be the image of the company and service and ensure high customer experience by answering, escalating and following up all requests
  • Follows the company's Internal Regulations, policies as well as the service’s work instructions and processes
  • Fulfills additional assignments (e.g. support colleagues across all sites, setup of new services)
  • Achieves the individual and service key performance indicators
  • Strives to continuously develop and improve the processes and service to always ensure the best customer experience

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Basic knowledge in MS-Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
  • A natural communicator, adapting your style to each customer
  • Confident and willingness to learn, with the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience from start to finish
  • Innovative and solution orientated mind-set
  • Ability to work under pressure and good team engagement
  • Flexibility in hours of work/shift pattern
  • Ideally having already experience in a customer service environment and social media
  • Amenable to start asap
