About The Role

Diploma in Facility Management, Property Management, Building Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of facility/building maintenance, with the ability to coordinate maintenance activities and perform basic troubleshooting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) with the ability to prepare reports and maintain documentation.
Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills, with a positive and professional attitude.
Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently, with a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Assist in monitoring the daily operation and maintenance of company facilities and buildings.
Conduct routine inspections and report any damages or maintenance requirements.
Coordinate and follow up on maintenance and repair works with contractors and service providers.
Assist in ensuring facilities are maintained in a safe, clean and operational condition.
Monitor and update maintenance records, service reports and asset documentation.
Assist in handling facility-related complaints and service requests.
Support the implementation of preventive maintenance programs
Monitor utility consumption and report any irregularities when requires.
Assist in contractor supervision and verify completed maintenance works.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and operational procedures.
Assist in facility improvement and refurbishment projects when assigned
Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
