生化组长 Head of Chemistry & Biology

• 我们正在为一所宁波的学校招聘生化组长，到岗时间为2026年8月。
• 岗位职责

• 牵头高中部生物化学课程教学计划的制定和实施，执行数学课程并带领团队不断改进学本的编写和使用。
• 参与生物化学课程设计和教材编写工作，参加相关的各类线上和线下会议与培训。
• 以全英文或双语进行学科的教学；
• 引领中学部生物化学课堂教学模式变革，打造以学生为中心、以探究学习为核心的数学课堂
• 组织学科组开设课后选修课程，丰富跨年级、学科教育机会
• 组织和领导学科组会议和教研，促进教师之间的交流与合作，分享教学经验和资源
• 参与学校活动、家长面谈、职业发展会议等
• 完成学校布置的其它任务
• Lead the development and implementation of lesson plans for the Upper School Biochemistry course, implement the math curriculum and lead a team to continually improve the development and use of textbooks.
• Participate in the design of the Biochemistry curriculum and the development of textbooks, and participate in various related online and offline conferences and trainings.
• Teach the subject in full English or bilingual;
• Leading the change of classroom teaching model of Biochemistry in the secondary section to create a student-centered and inquiry learning math classroom
• Organize discipline groups to offer after-school elective courses to enrich cross-grade and disciplinary educational opportunities
• Organize and lead subject group meetings and teaching and research, promote communication and cooperation among teachers, and share teaching experience and resources
• Participate in school activities, parent interviews, professional development meetings, etc.
• Completing other tasks assigned by the school

Requirements

• 硕士及以上生物化学相关专业
• 具有生物化学教学经验者优先
• 教师资格证
• 良好的交流能力，中英文流利

• Master degree or above in the Math subject
• Teaching certificate
• Two or more years teaching experience in Math
• Excellent communications skills

Fluent in English and Mandarin
