About The Role

Join our team in Amankila. Claiming a breathtaking stretch of coastline on the Lombok Strait, Amankila rests on a lush hillside beneath sacred Mount Agung. Connected by frangipani-lined walkways through the treetops, stilted suites offer spectacular views high on the hillside, while a three-tier infinity pool cascades at the property’s heart and the Beach Club leads to a private black-sand beach.

Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Manager Wedding and Event, to join Aman Indonesia in Indonesia! Reporting to the Area Director of Sales & Marketing – Japan, Korea & Indonesia you will be responsible for the operations within Aman Indonesia Resort.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present regular reports on the results and activities of sales team.
  • Supporting the development and execution of sales wedding group & event activities with a focus on quality, accuracy, and timeliness to create awareness of the company’s brand proposition and drive commercial goals.
  • Achieve the monthly and annual personal target and the wedding group & event sales revenue.
  • Analyze market trends and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research and develop new market segments for Group and Wedding Business.
  • Work closely with operations, marketing, and reservations teams to design tailored Group & Wedding packages.
  • Ensure effective communication and deliver exceptional guest experience aligned with Aman brand standards.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Group & Wedding services.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or diploma equivalent in business or marketing in related field is preferred.
  • Proactive, resourceful, a team-player, self-motivated and action-oriented.
  • A proven track record in a similar role, ideally within the luxury hotel / hospitality sector.
  • Mastery of closing techniques, active listening, and the ability to overcome objections.
  • Strong background in Wedding and Event.
  • Analytical, well-organized with an aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking.
